Payment and Fees:

 

No registration fee!

Monthly payment for lessons is via PayPal, a safe and secure way to pay.

Full payment must be made before the start of the lessons in full.

Poncho is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, 

or other fees. 

Poncho reserves the right to increase its rates, always notifying the increase in advance.

 

 

 

We Charge:

The trial lesson is completely free and lasts approximately 30 minutes.

*GBP 10 (per learner) per session for group lessons (payable monthly).

*GBP 35 per session for individual lessons (payable monthly).

*GBP 50 per session for individual lessons for exam support for (I)GCSE Spanish

(payable monthly).

Cancelations:

 

Unfortunately there are no refunds of money. 

Individual Lessons can be rescheduled with more than 24 hours`notice otherwise the lesson will be charged.

If your child misses a group session we will send an e-mail attaching the PDFs and activities of that session.

In case of teacher’s illness, the lesson will be rescheduled or discounted of future payments.
